Rent the Villa - Rental fees per week / couple of weeks :

 

1 semaine 2 semaines consécutives mai - 1 000 € juin 800 € 1 200 € juillet 1 150 € 2 000 € août 1 150 € 2 000 € septembre 800 € 1 200 € octobre - 1 000 €

NB : Already booked the weeks bellow :

  • from 12/07/08 -> 26/07/08
  • from 02/08/08 -> 30/08/08

 

Rent the Villa - General Conditions :

 

  1. The rental period starts on a Saturday and ends on a Saturday.
    • Arrival from 2:00 PM
    • Departures untill 10:00 AM
  2. The rental is confirmed after payment of a third (30 %) of the rental fee.
  3. The total amount (100 % of rental fee) is to be paid at least one week before receiving the keys of the Villa.
  4. Two deposits are to be made at arrival : 500 € (as guarantee) and 100 € (see 5. an 6.)
  5. Both deposits will be returned at departure if the the Villa is returned clean and undamaged.
  6. If the Villa is not returned clean, the 100 € deposit will be cashed and used for cleaning services.

NB : Pets are not allowed.
