Rent the Villa – General Conditions :

  • The rental period starts on a Saturday and ends on a Saturday.
  • Arrival from 2:00 PM
  • Departures untill 10:00 AM
  • The rental is confirmed after payment of a third (30 %) of the rental fee.
  • The total amount (100 % of rental fee) is to be paid at least one week before receiving the keys of the Villa.
  • Two deposits are to be made at arrival : 500 € (as guarantee) and 100 € (see 5. an 6.)
  • Both deposits will be returned at departure if the the Villa is returned clean and undamaged.
  • If the Villa is not returned clean, the 100 € deposit will be cashed and used for cleaning services.

NB : Pets are not allowed.
