The villa is located in Sainte Maxime (see map), at about 15 minutes’ walk from the beach and the city centre, and even clser, you’ll find shops such as a bakery, tobacco-press, groceries, pharmacy…

The Villa takes place in a gated residence (electric gate and digicode) of about twenty villas with swimming pool open only to residents and their guests.
The Villa can host from 4 to 5 persons.

The villa is composed of:

  • On ground floor : entrance hall, toilet, living / dining room, equiped kitchen
  • On the first floor : a bedroom with private bathroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a toilet
  • Outside : a covered terrace, garden, parking

At the ground floor:

  • Entrance hall, cupboard, toilet.
  • Fully equipped kitchen: pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, a table
  • Household goods (coffeepot, toaster…)
  • Dining room table, 6 chairs, chest
  • Living room: a large convertible sofa (in shape of “L”, width of bed once converted : 120 cm), 2 armchairs, TV Hi-Fi

First floor:

  • 2 rooms (160 cm beds) equipped with a television, a private bathroom (bath tubs and furniture) and cupboards
  • 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine
  • Corridor and toilet

Outside:

  • A covered terrace : table, chairs and sofa
  • Garden: gravel terraces and lawns, deck chairs, barbecue and grill meat-electric
  • Parking outside
